- Bake chicken
- Cook rice is rice cooker (use less water)
- Saute the first 5 ingredients in the bottom of a pan with oil
- Add chicken broth and spices
- Rue (optional). In a saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour until smooth. Thin with broth, then add to soup.
- Add rice and chicken. Heat through.
