This works great with GF flour! Great for Thanksgiving as a substitute for pies!

Directions: 
  1. Make sure all of your ingredients are at room temperature.

  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 10-cup Bundt pan.

  3. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and spices.

  4. Cream the eggs with the sugar, oil, and butter. about 5 minutes. Scraping down the sides of the bowl as necessary. Add the flour mixture until well combined. Then stir in the pumpkin.

  5. Scrape the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35 minutes, or until a tester comes out dean. Cool on a wire rack then frost.
