Directions: 
  1. Preheat oven 375° F
  2. In a mixer bowl, cream the butter, peanut butter, and brown sugar together until light. Then beat in the maple syrup, egg, and Vanilla.
  3. In another bowl toss Flour with baking soda and peanuts, Slowly beat this into the liquid ingredients.
  4. Drop the mixture by rounded tablespoons, 3 inches apart, on baking sheet. Flatten them slightly with the tines of a fork. Bake until golden pale 7 to 8 minutes. Cool 5 minutes; remove from the baking sheet. Cool on wire rack.
